Performing the Test
Ask patient to make a fist around their thumb and passively ulnar deviate wrist while maintaining that fist
Positive test: reproduction of pain over abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis tendons with ulnar devaition
Sensitivity: 81%, Specificity: 50%
